ShellBlast

A unique entry into the puzzle genre. Using beams of light called SDUs, you must shift them in order to uncover pistons on a bomb, which trigger detonation. A pseudo-cross between Picross and Minesweeper, ShellBlast will challenge even the most veteran of puzzle gamers.

Street Fighter IV- New Character Info

C. Viper

Crimson Viper is a female American spy wearing sunglasses, leather gloves and a high tech, form-fitting suit filled with deadly gadgets such as rocket boots and tazer gloves. Although she is a mother outside of the spy business, she wears an emotionless mask while on-duty, ignoring the obligation to her fellow man in favor of her own goal: the destruction of the weapons being made by S.I.N., Shadaloo's weapons research division. She works for the Central Intelligence Agency while posing as an agent of Shadaloo; not even Interpol and Delta Red is aware of her true allegiances, and as such she is drawn into a battle with Interpol agent Chun-Li and Delta Red Agent Cammy. Viper's real name is Maya (マヤ), and she has a daughter named Lauren. Because of her real name being Maya, she is suspected to be the same character with the same name in the latest Street Fighter movie Legend of Chun Li played by Moon Bloodgood.

Abel

Abel is a French martial artist described as an amnesiac, a "man with no past", who obsessively follows every lead on the whereabouts of Shadaloo's remnants. Covered in scars from head to toe, he was found in the burning remains of a Shadaloo base and nursed back to health by a group of mercenaries, working alongside them to find out his past and defeat Shadaloo once and for all. His fighting style is based on Combat Sambo. He recognizes Guile's unique martial art, but refuses to comment when Guile presses him for information regarding Charlie, the originator of the style. As a Combat Sambo practitioner, Abel is adept at using both striking and throwing moves.
It is hinted in Abel's ending that he was actually created by Shadaloo as a prototype of Seth. This is reinforced by dialogue from both Bison and Seth, who mention him as "the one that got away". The appearance of his eyes also change to resemble Seth's during the initiation of his Ultra Combo. It is also hinted that Charlie is the person that helped him as he recognized Guile's fighting style and comments to Chun Li about the soldier that rescued him from Shadaloo.
His game mostly revolves around mixing up different punches and kicks and baiting, and also emphasizes appending focus-dash-cancel combos to an initial crouching hard punch or standing hard punch and further mixing up additional punches or kicks from there.
His signature move - his ultra - involves him delivering a series of punches and kicks to his opponent, throwing them into the air and body slamming them back down on to the ground.

E
l Fuerte

El Fuerte (lit. "The Strong One" in Spanish) is a masked Mexican luchador. He balances his love of wrestling and cooking very well. He now travels the world in search of the greatest recipes. Despite his love of cooking, it seems he is actually quite incompetent as a chef. Many of his moves have mexican food themed names. In the Comic it shows El Fuerte is a big fan of R. Mika. As a wrestler, he automatically recognized fellow wrestler, Zangief, as "Tornado Rojo" (aka Red Cyclone); he then announces his title as "The Hurricane of the Gulf of Mexico."

Gouken

Gouken is the martial arts master who trained Ryu and Ken, as well as the elder brother and former training partner of Akuma. Gouken is usually depicted as a bearded man who wears Mala prayer beads on his neck and a karate gi with the kanji mu , or "void" sewn to the back. Although, Gouken has been a supporting character in the background story Street Fighter series since Super Street Fighter II Turbo, he did not make his first full-fledged appearance in the video games until his appearance as a hidden character in Street Fighter IV.

Rufus

Rufus is Designed by Daigo Ikeno for Capcom's development team, he first appeared in the arcade version of Street Fighter IV and later in related promotions and media for the title. Rufus is voiced by Wataru Hatano in Japanese, and Chris Kent in English.
Since Rufus's introduction the character has received a mostly positive reception. Sources such as IGN praised him as the best of the new characters introduced in Street Fighter IV, while Anime News Network described the character as engaging. Though some criticism has been made over the character's design and aesthetic, the majority have praised the character as exceeding expectations based solely on his appearance.

Seth

The boss character of Street Fighter IV, Seth is nicknamed the "Puppet Master" and is the Chief Executive Officer of S.I.N., a weapons manufacturer. His body has been heavily modified using advanced technology, with a globe-shaped device that has the appearance of a yin-yang symbol, installed on his abdomen called the "Tandem Engine." His stage is a secret laboratory in Bermuda. Seth is intent on completing the BLECE, later revealed to be an acronym for Boiling Liquid Expanding Cell Explosion, (possibly based on firefighting term BLEVE which stands for Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion, the explosion resulting from a leak in a tank of pressurized liquid) project, which spurs the creation of a new fighting tournament. He is named after Seth Killian, Capcom's senior manager.
His normal moves are similar to those of Urien from Street Fighter III, but his Special Moves are mainly techniques used by other characters: Seth can perform Guile's Sonic Boom, Ryu's Shōryūken, Chun-Li's Hyakuretsukyaku, Dhalsim's Yoga Teleport and Zangief's Spinning Pile Driver. He uses the Tanden Engine in his only original Special Move, a technique which lures his opponents to him with the device. Any attack thrown at him while performing this move will simply pass through him. His Super Combo technique is the "Tanden Storm", in which he uses the energy stored in the Tanden Engine to pulverize his opponent. His Ultra Combo is the "Tanden Stream", in which Seth uses the Tandem Engine to create a strong energy whirlpool, which compresses his opponent to fit into his fists and then throws them with great strength. Seth is a computer-only final boss in the arcade version of Street Fighter IV, but is selectable in the home version.
In the ending video following Seth's completion of the tournament, he was revealed to be known as number "15", one of many similar androids created by Bison. Originally created to become one of Bison's "replacement bodies", 15 rebelled against his programming, resulting in him attempting to overthrow Bison and pursue his own agendas.
VideoGamer.com heavily criticized Seth, describing him as "cheap to fight against" and a lazy effort on the part of the game's development team. They went on to describe him as resembling a rip-off of Watchmen's Doctor Manhattan, adding that the culmination of his "silly name" and moves taken from existing characters made him a disappointment. Eurogamer felt similar sentiments, citing the character's gameplay would result "cause many tantrums above the easiest difficulty". IGN AU, though while stating he one of several "great" additions to the game's roster, emphasized that the character felt "gimmicky". Xbox 360 described him as the game's only major disappointment, noting that despite how imaginative other characters in the title felt his role as the game's final boss felt anti-climatic.
